IACP Announces the 2015 Award Winners for Food Writing
If you happened to be on Twitter over the weekend, you’re probably aware that the big culinary conference, IACP, was underway.
Yesterday, IACP announced the food writing award winners for 2015. Care to see which writers and publishers took home the big awards?
The big winners this year are Food52 for best culinary website of the year; Christopher Kostow won best new cookbook for A New Napa Cuisine; and Sean Brock won for best first cookbook for Heritage.
