I suggest tossing a veggie on the grill as they cook, which instantly turns those aforementioned summer staples into a satisfying meal. A quick marinade of lemon juice and olive oil not only boosts the flavor of grilled broccoli, but it also acts as a glue to keep the grated Parmesan cheese from falling off the florets.
